This policy explains what data spartabrasil.com collects, why it is used and how you can exercise your rights. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law no. 13,709/2018).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is SPARTA PLAN MEDIA, an agency with offices in Belo Horizonte (Brazil) and Dublin (Ireland). For any privacy matter, including contacting the person responsible for data protection, email contato@spartabrasil.com.

2. What data we collect

Data you send us: name, email, phone, company and message, when you use the contact form, email us or talk to us on WhatsApp.
Browsing data (only with your consent): pages visited, time on page, clicks, device and browser type, approximate city and country. This data is statistical and we do not use it to identify you.
Preferences stored in your browser: your choice in the cookie notice and the language you picked on the site. They are kept in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

3. How we use it

To reply to enquiries, send proposals and serve clients.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve content, performance and experience.
To show the site in the right language: when a page opens, your browser queries an external service (api.country.is) that returns only the country of access based on your IP address. We do not store this information.
To keep the site secure and working.

4. Legal bases

We rely on consent for analytics cookies (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a); LGPD, Art. 7, I). To answer your enquiries we rely on steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interests (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); LGPD, Art. 7, V and IX). Language selection and site security are also based on legitimate interests.

5. Cookies and third-party tools

When you arrive, you choose between Accept all and Necessary only. Without your consent, the tools below run without analytics cookies.

Google Analytics 4 (Google): visit statistics. We use Google Consent Mode, advertising data is always switched off and data is kept for up to 14 months.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): heatmaps and anonymous session recordings to find usability problems. Text fields and sensitive data are masked.
YouTube (Google): videos only load when you click to watch.
WhatsApp (Meta): WhatsApp buttons open a chat in the app, which is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

You can change your mind at any time: clear this site's data in your browser and the cookie notice will appear again.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by the providers listed above (Google, Microsoft and Meta) and by our web hosting company, which may store it outside the European Union and Brazil, with the safeguards required by the GDPR and the LGPD.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for the business relationship, and are then deleted unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics data follows the periods set in each tool (up to 14 months in Google Analytics).

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (GDPR, Arts. 15–22; LGPD, Art. 18). Just email contato@spartabrasil.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to the people who need it to handle your enquiry.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or processes change. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
